Each session has forward movement and structure with intentional emphasis on your uniqueness.
You'll be able to integrate your new self-knowledge and awareness into designing your future self from a place of love and intention.

Here's how our 8-week journey will look:
We begin with where you are right now. Then I want to hear all the juicy details of where you'd like to go.
Bring your heavy suitcase (everyone overpacks). We'll open it up to see what's there and decide what gets to come with you on this road trip.
We'll pull over to picnic beneath the ancient oak. She is your sanctuary of peace and discernment as you create the sacred ground beneath your feet.
While here, we'll set up camp to build your toolkit of essential elements that nourish and guide your next steps.
Let's get back on the road, you're ready to declare your new set of rules. The rebel within awakens to possibilities.
Traveling along your new route, you notice a bright neon roadblock ahead. We'll take that detour. You've got this!
The scenic route, the one less-traveled, becomes more comfortable. You create a 90-Day Sacred Action Map.
Off you go, designing your own path. We will celebrate your clarity and direction toward becoming all you!
Meet
Lisa McIntyre
Travel, family, and curiosity fuel me. Discovering that each day offers incredible opportunities for deeper understanding of myself and the diverse world around me.
I grew up under the big Arizona sky then moved to the Colorado mountains in the late '70s where I then raised my two incredible kids (solo) and built a life rooted in love and wild curiosity.
Flowing with life's changes, I'm now back in Arizona to care for my mother as she ages-in-place.
My passion is creating soulful, sacred space for women to unpack, reflect, and boldly begin their own becoming.

WHAT IS SOUL TREK?
Eight weeks of focused, one-on-one work with Lisa McIntyre.
Each 60-minute session follows a purposeful path designed to help you discover what it is that you truly want — and move toward it with clarity and intention. Every week builds on the last, taking you deeper into your goals and closer to the version of yourself you're ready to become.
WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
Over Zoom, at a time that works for you.
We meet weekly at a scheduled time each week. Scheduling is flexible — life happens, and we'll work around it.
ARE YOU A LICENSED THERAPIST?
I am an intuitive life coach — not a therapist, psychologist, or mental health counselor. That distinction matters.
While therapy often focuses on healing the past, our work together is about building your future. We'll focus on where you are now, where you want to go, and the steps that will get you there. If you are navigating unresolved emotional or psychological challenges, I encourage you to engage with a licensed mental health professional — I welcome the opportunity to work alongside that support.

Growth is a spiral: we return to the same terrain again and again, each time with new eyes and more of ourselves intact.. Within each of us lives the power to heal, discern, love, and choose — and the natural world has always known this. Just as trees don't grow in a linear fashion. Rivers don't flow in straight lines. We also meander, rest, grow, rest, expand to honor the natural process.
